We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for sending the order back to us. Once you ship, please email the tracking number for a faster return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions/Non-Returns
If the item has been used or damaged by the buyer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already own and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

European Union 14-Day
Cooldown Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the product is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving reasons. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
